关于10月6日(周五)～10月16日(周一)15:30左右在会场销售的“童梦T恤(XL尺寸)”,由于收银台金额设定的错误,发现比店铺表示价格收取了更多的费用。  在深表歉意的同时,今后为了不发生这样的事情,我们将竭尽全力。

 

错误的内容如下。

 

“童梦T恤(XL尺寸)”

正4,200日元(含税)主体3,818日元

错误4,400日元(含税)主体4,000日元

(错误仅限于上述商品和尺寸。)

 

本案被发现后,迅速修改为正确的金额设定,10月16日15:30左右以后的营业收到了本来的费用。 另外,关于退款,有以下两种方法,请确认以下内容。

  

 

１）再次来到“大友克洋全集AKIRA单元画展OSAKA”会场的客人

在会场用现金退还差额部分的200日元。

请事先到本介绍末尾记载的邮件地址

①姓名

②下次来场预定时间

③您手上的商品照片(请拍照以了解尺寸)

④购买收据照片,或者购买该商品时的大概时间和同时购买的商品名等

请在商品销售区向工作人员询问。 

●对应受理期限:至2023年10月24日星期二18:00 

 

２）没有再次来到“大友克洋全集AKIRA单元画展OSAKA”会场的客人

用现金挂号信将差额部分的200日元发送到您指定的地址。

本介绍末尾记载的邮件地址

①姓名

②您的住址、电话号码

③您手上的商品照片(请拍照以了解尺寸)

④购买收据照片,或者购买该商品时的大概时间和同时购买的商品名等

请寄去。

●对应受理期限:2024年2月29日星期四至23:59

Apology for product price errors and refunds information.

 

Dear All,

 

We found out that we charged more payment than the correct price from the customer who visited before 16th Oct. And now, it has been corrected to the correct price. We sincerely apologize for our mistakes.

Correct：4,200yen(tax-in)

Incorrect：4,400yen(tax-in）

（Other sizes are sold at the correct price）

 

Please check the refund method below according to your situation. 

 

１）Customers who plan to visit Otomo The Complete Works：AKIRA Cel Exhibition OSAKA again.

We will refund 200 yen in cash at the venue.

Please send an email us before you visit and please tell staffs at the venue.
