10月6日(周五)~10月16日(周一)15:30左右在会场贩卖的“童梦T恤(XL尺寸)”,由于收银台的金额设定错误,发现比店面显示价格多。  在深表歉意的同时,今后我们将竭尽全力做好万全的准备。

 

错误的内容如下。

 

童梦T恤(XL尺寸)

正4200日元(含税)主体3,818日元

错误4400日元(含税)实体4000日元

(错误仅限于上述商品和尺寸。)

 

本案被发现后,迅速修改为正确的金额设定,10月16日15:30左右以后的营业将收取本来的费用。 另外,关于退款有以下两种方法,请确认以下内容。

  

 

１）再次来到“大友克洋全集AKIRA细胞画展OSAKA”会场的客人

会场将退还差额部分的200日元现金。

事前,本指南末尾记载的邮箱地址

①姓名

②下次来场预定时间

③您手上的商品照片(请您拍摄的尺寸)

④购买收据照片,或者购买该商品时的大概时间和同时购买的商品名等

请在商品销售区向工作人员询问。 

●受理期限:2023年10月24日(周二)18:00之前 

 

２）“大友克洋全集AKIRA单元画展OSAKA”没有再次来场预定的客人

用现金挂号信向您指定的地址发送差额部分的200日元。

本指南末尾记载的邮箱地址

①姓名

②您的住址、电话号码

③您手上的商品照片(请您拍摄的尺寸)

④购买收据照片,或者购买该商品时的大概时间和同时购买的商品名等

请给我寄。

●受理期限:2024年2月29日(星期四)23:59为止

 

由于本来不应该有的错误,给到场的客人带来了很大的麻烦和麻烦,对此我由衷地表示歉意。非常抱歉。

Apology for product price errors and refunds information.

 

Dear All,

 

We found out that we charged more payment than the correct price from the customer who visited before 16th Oct. And now, it has been corrected to the correct price. We sincerely apologize for our mistakes.

Correct：4,200yen(tax-in)

Incorrect：4,400yen(tax-in）

（Other sizes are sold at the correct price）

 

Please check the refund method below according to your situation. 

 

１）Customers who plan to visit Otomo The Complete Works：AKIRA Cel Exhibition OSAKA again.

We will refund 200 yen in cash at the venue.
